I hope you are doing well. I’m a heavy user of Microsoft OneNote, but I’m having problems I’d love to correct. I believe the problems began when I wrote out a very long sheet causing the following problems on my Laptop 1 and Laptop 2 and OneDrive. My objective is to have the Microsoft installed OneNote App on Laptop 1 synch both to Laptop 2 and OneDrive.
KINDLY ADVISE IF YOU
CAN CURE THESE PROBLEMS AND, IF SO, WHAT YOUR AVAILABILITY IS TO FIX THE
FOLLOWING ISSUES. I'M AVAILABLE DURING ALL OF YOUR TIME SLOTS TODAY.
Details include:
1. Laptop
1 has OneNote setup how I’d like it configured. However, it doesn’t seem to be
synching to OneNote on Laptop 2 or to Microsoft OneNote and Microsoft OneNote
365. I believe I’m using the Microsoft OneNote App on both Laptops 1 and 2. I
also have some OneNote Notebooks on Laptop 1 that I would like to delete.
2. Laptop
– 2 I believe has the Microsoft OneNote App installed on it. I actually
reformatted Laptop 2 thinking it would delete all of the OneNote data on Laptop
2 and then synch with how Microsoft OneNote is setup on Laptop 1. When I
reformatted the drive on Laptop 2 and reinstalled software on Laptop 2 it did
not solve the problem and still has out-of-date Notebooks, sections, and sheets
in it which I would like to be synched with Laptop 1’s Microsoft OneNote.
3. Microsoft
OneDrive doesn’t appear to have synched all of my data to it based on how
OneNote is set up with all of its Notebooks, Sections, and Pages.
Thank you.
