We are seeking a skilled Millwork Carpenter & Woodworking Designer to create detailed construction plans and realistic 3D renderings for a custom platform bed with integrated storage and pet sleeping space below. The design must incorporate LED lighting and maximize both functionality and aesthetics.

This role is perfect for a woodworking expert with experience in custom furniture design, who can take a concept from idea to build-ready technical drawings and realistic 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design a custom platform bed that includes:
    • Access to an enclosed space below for dogs to sleep.
    • Integrated LED lighting beneath the bed.
    • Durable and aesthetic materials selection for a high-end finish.
  • Create detailed construction plans and blueprints for the fabrication and assembly of the bed.
  • Provide precise cut lists, material specifications, and joinery details for the carpentry team.
  • Develop realistic 3D renderings and visualizations to showcase the final design.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure the design meets their aesthetic preferences and functional needs.
  • Suggest improvements in structure, materials, and durability for long-term usability.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in millwork, carpentry, and custom furniture design.
  • Proficiency in woodworking design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Fusion 360, Rhino, or SolidWorks).
  • Ability to create highly detailed technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Expertise in 3D rendering software (such as V-Ray, Blender, KeyShot, Enscape, or similar).
