We like to modify an existing code that we own to serve a similar purpose. The current system reads bar codes and when we scan each item, it compares the existing inventory to what we are reading. It works on an invoice table. We like it to work on a different table (pre-invoice), a similar way. We also like to add few new features to it and enhance what it currently does.
One additional feature is that once the items are all counted and read with the scanner, the system can copy the results on a table that will create an invoice, meaning that once the person in charge finishes the job, he/she can press a button and create an invoice from the new system.
The program is on C# and we usually review it on Visual Studio.
The system where we need to connect is in Oracle, meaning that you must have knowledge in Oracle.
We will provide the original code for you to modify. The original system works just fine, so you won't have any problems updating it.
We have to deliver the new program on IIS so it can be use on any mobile device and on any web browser.
