Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of innovative content for display advertising.
Utilize your expertise in Canva, Adobe, and similar tools to craft top-tier designs.
A managerial attitude to take control of a new team and department.
Demonstrate initiative and exceptional time management while working independently.
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure designs exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
In-depth understanding of the display advertising industry.
Proficiency in motion video and animations.
Exceptional creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a self-directed work environment.
What We Offer:
Full-time position, 8 hours/day within 1000-2200 CET Europe.
Starting salary: 750-1000 USD per month.
Bonus and commission opportunities post-qualification. Expected salary after 3 months: 1500+ USD per month for senior roles.
