Need a PowerPoint dressed up

I have a 24-slide PowerPoint that isn't very professional looking. The text is fairly large because the target audience is senior citizens. Most of the fonts are in the 30-50 pt range and I want to keep it that way. The textual content also cannot be changed because it has already been approved by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid services. But it needs to be "dressed up" to look more professional. I need someone with good artistic skills to make it look better. Since it doesn't require re-writing, it should be pretty easy for someone with good PowerPoint skills.
