I need a photo turned into an animated design. I need all the building , sidewalk, and light poles and trees, fence but NO Cars. See 2 attached files, one is the photo that needs to be converted, the 2nd file are examples style of animation needed.
I will need the source file and finished product in jpeg version. Must apply as a "tasked based " bid only. Compensation is $6
