We are a wholesale food distribution company in the US and are selling frozen raw seafood in our product portfolio. We do not manufacture. We receive the pre-packaged seafood from an overseas supplier, store these cases in the freezers in our warehouses, and then deliver to supermarkets.
We need HACCP plans for our operations. I can provide you with all the info you will need; I have taken the Seafood HACCP course myself several years ago and don't recall it fluently enough to draft these plans myself.
