We need customized SharePoint web parts developed similar to the following link -

The first design has two tab content -
First one has All News, Announcements, Events, People etc.
Second one has Business Resources, Employee Center, Department and Teams etc.
What we need is the following -
1. Tabs Web Part. The Tab control should have multiple options on how the tabs should be displayed. Options could be Rounded as the first one displays, second could be underline as the second one displays. There could be more options for the Tabs design.
2. The content for each tab will be one of the pre-existing web parts which will come from News, Announcements, Events etc. If it is anything other than Events then it is coming from the document library or list. It needs to be able to pick the information from those items.
3. Ideally we would like to add the existing webparts directly in the content.
We need your input on how to make it better.
