We need a Wordpress site for a medical clinic in Cameroon. The site will have a video Galary of medical lectures of at least 100gb. We need to publish from the site to different social media platforms. Instant WhatsApp chat upon launching the site. All that is needed from domain registration to server services and maintenance of the site is my responsibility.
I just need the clinic site with an upload page and ability to share to different social media also the ability to share live lectures to fb, TikTok and YouTube from the site.
