I have an office in Henderson Nevada that is using Cox cable for internet. We don't have anyone onsite that knows the login to the router or any details on how it is configured. I would like someone to go out and investigate what the network looks like and potentially reset the router to factory specs and reconfigure the DHCP scope and other necessary settings. There currently is no firewall or other equipment onsite.
