The role will involve the setup and ongoing management of wireless networks and Hotspot systems, supporting both community and commercial internet access initiatives.Candidates will be expected to configure and maintain MikroTik routers and wireless infrastructure, deploy and manage user authentication systems for Hotspot environments, and conduct thorough site surveys to ensure optimal signal performance. The role also includes implementing robust network security measures, configuring firewall rules, managing bandwidth, and providing both remote and on-site technical support. Coordination with the operations team is essential to maintain network stability and performance.Ideal applicants will have 3–5 years of practical experience working with MikroTik (RouterOS), wireless networks, and Hotspot systems. A strong grasp of network security, routing protocols, and independent troubleshooting is essential. Familiarity with tools such as Winbox and The Dude, as well as Radius servers, VLANs, and basic monitoring tools, will be considered an advantage.
