1. Project background
We are a platform focusing on online education, targeting overseas Chinese and international users. At present, there is no fan base on social media. I hope to start from scratch, quickly establish brand exposure, obtain accurate fans through the agency operation of a professional team, and guide users to visit official website or course landing page to achieve registration or purchase conversion. In order to ensure the quality of operation, partners are required to have experience in overseas social media starting accounts in the field of education and be able to provide successful cases.
2. Project objectives

- Complete at least 800 ~ 1,000 valid visits and 50 ~ 100 registrations or purchases per month (more specific numerical targets can be put forward by the operator in the bid proposal).

- Enhance the brand image and professionalism in overseas markets through continuous and creative output of educational content.
- Create an interactive community of fans, accumulate positive word-of-mouth, and form a self-communication effect.
3. Work content and scope
- Account from scratch and content planning
- Open an official account for the company on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook.
- According to the audience characteristics and brand positioning in the field of education, plan the account theme, content style, and update plan.
- Produce diversified content such as graphics, short videos, and long videos, highlighting course highlights, teaching experiences, industry trends, etc.
- Daily operations and interactions
- Make and execute update schedules (videos, posts, etc.) to stabilize output content.
- Maintain fan interaction, reply to comments and private messages in a timely manner, and create a good community atmosphere.
- Event Planning and Execution
- Combined with the characteristics of the platform, plan short video challenges, online lottery, limited-time offers, live interaction and other activities to attract fans' attention.
- Cooperate with KOL or online celebrity to further enlarge account exposure.
- Paid promotion and delivery
- According to the advertising budget, make moderate placements on platforms such as TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc. to quickly gain initial exposure and fans.

- Creativity and Data Analytics
- Be good at using hot topics, event marketing, event planning, etc. to quickly stimulate fans and interact.
- Be able to continuously optimize operational strategies through in-depth interpretation of data.
- Project Management and Communication
- Equipped with a dedicated project docking person, who can provide detailed reports at a fixed time every week and respond to unexpected needs at any time.
- Ensure efficient communication and strong execution, and can complete the plan according to the established cycle and report the results in time.
6. Project cycle
- Initial cooperation period: 3 months
- If the goal is achieved well within 3 months, we can further negotiate to renew the contract and deepen cooperation.
VII. Budget and expenses
- Basic agent operating fee
- Please provide a monthly operating fee or 3-month package fee plan when submitting the bid, including content creation, daily maintenance, data analysis and activity execution, etc.
- Paid delivery fee
- Independent budget or explicit in the program. The delivery performance and budget usage progress need to be presented in weekly/monthly reports.
- Other expenses
- If you need to cooperate with KOL/influencer, external shooting or design team, etc., please list and explain the cost composition in the quotation.
