Opinion on a Boat Hull/Superstructure.

I'm interested in purchasing a Trawler type boat on the used market.  This boat was designed by a Naval Architect and was built by a company that is no longer in business.  There were only 3 built.  I'm looking for an opinion on both its naval "math" and its construction methods.  I have plans, videos and pictures.   I'm looking for several expert opinions.  I'll be looking for opinions on several other ship systems as the next few days unfold.   More information will be provided once qualifications are submitted.
