We use Call Tracking Metrics for conversion tracking and create high-converting landing pages in-house.


We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPC Specialist to join our team on an hourly basis. If you have a passion for optimizing campaigns and driving results, this opportunity is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup & Management:

    • Create and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for local business clients.
    • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
    • Set up ad groups, campaigns, and A/B testing for ads.
    • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conversion Tracking:
          • Set up and manage Call Tracking Metrics for campaign performance analysis.
          • Implement tracking pixels and ensure accurate data flow between platforms.
          • Reporting & Analysis:

            • Provide detailed campaign performance reports, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
            • Analyze ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI to optimize campaigns

Collaboration:

  • Work with our in-house team to align campaigns with custom-built landing pages.
  • Communicate regularly about campaign progress, issues, and results.
  • Qualifications & Skills Required:


Proficiency in:

  • Google Ads: Campaign setup, keyword research, audience targeting, ad extensions, and performance optimization.
  • Facebook Ads: Ad creation, audience segmentation, pixel setup, and campaign optimization.
  • Call Tracking Metrics: Understand Call Tracking Metrics and how to integrate it with Google Ads and Meta Ads for conversion tracking.
  • Analytics & Reporting Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager for performance tracking and reporting.
  • A/B Testing: Experience in running and analyzing A/B tests to improve ad performance.


Experience:

  • Proven track record of managing PPC campaigns for local businesses.
  • Ability to optimize for lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their role in PPC campaigns.


Additional Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
