- Approximate Time Spent on the Project
- Did You Receive a Citation or Inspection This Week? if so, upload the document here (photo or pdf)
- Was the project required due to an inspection or citation?

the photos should be uploaded to the specific property folder in one drive - mapped to 110x.10.* where "x" is the specific property number and * is the month --- that number will be associated to the property the entire time
