We are looking for someone to perform the following tasks as their roles and responsibilities for our client.
We wanted some to create Sales presentations with attractive designs, responding to Govt bids, creating Ebook, etc.,
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s solutions and value propositions.
- Lead the end-to-end bidding process, including preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft tailored proposals that meet client requirements.
- Design and create eBooks, case studies, and white papers to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and client needs to prepare customized presentations and proposals.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and create detailed business documentation.
- Maintain a repository of sales and presales assets for reuse in future opportunities.
- Assist in preparing cost estimations, pricing models, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in presales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven expertise in creating sales presentations and pitching to prospective clients.
- Hands-on experience in the bidding process, including RFP/RFQ responses and proposal creation.
- Strong design skills with experience in eBook creation and related collateral.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar design tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client pain points and craft relevant solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing industries.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or JIRA.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools and techniques.
