I need an experienced CAD drafter to prepare a small 34 unit residential subdivision in Live Oak CA.
Drawn to Live Oak CA Subdivision Standards, (The current subdivision standards are available on line).
Storm drain layout and details, (including a detention basin),
Sanitary Sewer layout and details.
Water Service layout and details,
Street light layout and details.
Landscaping layout and details, (including irrigation for public use areas).
If possible, I would like to get a fixed price for the work instead of and hourly rate but, if this is not possible, an hourly rate is acceptable if you can give me an estimate on the time needed to draw it all up.
Approved Tentative Subdivision Map is up loaded. We only need Phase one done right now, (outlined in red).
