Project Overview:
I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced animation team to produce a series of 3D CGI animated short films based on classic children’s fairy tales, incorporating a Muslim theme. Each film will be approximately 30 -35 minutes long, following the journey of five central characters through adventures set predominantly in ancient times. These stories will explore themes of adversity, friendship, love, and the human condition, focusing on values that resonate with a Muslim audience.
Scope of Work:
The animation team will be responsible for the following tasks:
Character Design & Development:
Design and develop five unique and culturally sensitive characters, with detailed textures and the ability to express a wide range of emotions.
Ensure characters reflect the cultural context and values, suitable for a Muslim audience.
Storyboarding:
Create detailed storyboards based on the provided script, outlining key scenes, character interactions, and visual storytelling elements.
Collaborate with me to ensure the storyboards align with the narrative, tone, and cultural sensitivities of the script.
Unlimited revisions for storyboards to ensure they meet expectations.
Rigging & Animation:
Rigging of characters for 3D animation to ensure smooth and lifelike movements.
Full 3D animation of all scenes, achieving a high-quality standard comparable to Disney CGI films like Frozen, Moana, and Tangled.
Produce a 30-60 second trailer that effectively captures the essence of the full-length film.
Voiceover & Sound Design:
Voiceover Talent: Cast and provide English voiceovers for all characters, including young British voices for the main characters and elder voices where appropriate.
Ensure that the voiceover talent reflects the cultural context and adds authenticity to the characters.
Design and integrate sound effects that enhance the storytelling experience.
Compose or source appropriate background music that complements the emotional tone and cultural nuances of the story.
Post-Production & Final Delivery:
Apply final touches to the animation, including color correction, lighting, and any necessary visual effects.
Deliver the final animated film in the following formats:
High-definition video (4K resolution) compatible with YouTube, social media platforms, and streaming services.
MP4 and MOV formats.
Separate audio tracks for voiceover, music, and sound effects.
Milestones & Payment Schedule:
Milestone 1: Character Design & Approval – 15% Payment
Milestone 2: Storyboard Completion & Approval – 20% Payment
Milestone 3: Initial Animation & Rough Cut – 25% Payment
Milestone 4: Final Animation & Post-Production – 30% Payment
Milestone 5: Delivery of Final Film & Trailer – 10% Payment
Revisions & Feedback:
Unlimited Revisions: Unlimited revisions for storyboards and character designs to ensure full satisfaction.
Feedback Timeline: Feedback provided within 24 hours will be incorporated promptly to ensure the project stays on track.
Legal & Copyright Considerations:
Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights, including characters, animations, scripts, and final film, will be retained by me in full.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): The animation team will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect the confidentiality and exclusivity of the project.

Video formats: MP4 and MOV, 4K resolution.
Audio: Separate tracks for voiceover, music, and sound effects.
