RAG and Contextual Retrieval help

Seeking experienced data/ML developer to help implement for our use case and data the following:

We have a long time 10+ year developer on staff to work with to get this implemented. We're also using unstructured.io for RAG and knowledge of unstructured would be helpful to the successful applicant.
