I have been following city council meetings in Ranger Texas. These meetings are live-streamed and recorded on Facebook. I would like to collect these meetings on another format such as mp4 or something easily edited and sorted. I would possibly like the last 3 years with an average of 2 long and 2 short meetings per month. Can you capture the video and convert to mp4 or other recommended format?
