We are seeking a skilled real estate cold caller to generate motivated seller leads. The successful candidate will have excellent English, communication skills and a strong ability to identify qualified motivated seller leads and pass them off to Acquisiton Specialist. Responsibilities include making outbound calls using Mojo Dialer, Qualifying sellers using company script, maintaining accurate and detailed notes on the conversations had and Scheduling appointments for acquisition specialists with hot leads. This position requires proficiency in lead generation techniques and a solid understanding of the lead flow process. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, be able to work independently as well as have strong internet connection with proper equipment for clear and concise phone communication.
