Job Summary:The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team by qualifying potential buyers and sellers. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual who can effectively communicate and build rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and contact potential leads through various channels (phone, email, social media).
    • Conduct outbound calls to expired listings, for sale by owner (FSBO) properties, and other leads.
    • Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads and follow-up activities.
  2. Qualifying Leads:

    • Assess the needs and motivations of potential clients to qualify leads effectively.
    • Schedule appointments for agents with qualified leads.
  3. Follow-Up:

    • Follow up with leads regularly to maintain relationships and convert prospects into clients.
    • Provide timely updates and information to leads about properties and market trends.
  4. Database Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
    • Ensure that all leads are nurtured through consistent follow-up and engagement.
  5. Market Research:

    • Stay informed about the local real estate market, trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Share insights and feedback with the team to improve marketing strategies.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with agents to understand their goals and provide support in achieving targets.
    • Attend team meetings to discuss performance, strategies, and challenges.
  7. Performance Tracking:

    • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
    • Report on metrics related to lead conversion and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Real estate license is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically works in an office environment with regular office hours.
  • May require occasional evening or weekend work based on client needs.

Compensation:
