I'm reaching out to share an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA). We’re looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about real estate and has a knack for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to expired listings, For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings, and potential clients.
- Set appointments for property showings and consultations.
- Build rapport with leads to understand their needs and guide them through the buying or selling process.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and track interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Previous sales experience is a plus and a master of overcoming objections
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and dialer
