Role Description
This positions have very flexible hours and you can work full-time or part-time. We are headquartered in Columbus, OH, but we employ agents in all 50 states. There are multiple roles which involve providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Home Office with computer/laptop with Windows 10 or later, USB headset, reliable High Speed Internet, and quiet work environment.
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
