We are looking for a provider that can reprogram the following in CRANE SHOPPER 2 vending machines (USA manufacturer):
Safety Temperature:This feature safeguards food safety by shutting down the machine if it fails to cool the contents below 7°C within 30 minutes. We would like to either remove this restriction or adjust the minimum temperature threshold to prevent unnecessary shutdowns.
Loyalty Payment System – XAFAX NETPAY:We want to integrate this payment system into the machines. In newer vending machines from other brands, this protocol is referred to as "Protocol 3," but we have no further technical details. Currently, Netpay works on these machines, but not as we require. At present, customers must first upload money to a wallet in the app before they can access loyalty discounts. We want to eliminate this step so that customers can simply scan the QR code, or ideally, have the software recognize their bank card or Visa card and automatically apply the loyalty discount upon scanning their Netpay QR code from the app.
If it is possible to bypass the need for a QR code scanner altogether, that could be an alternative solution. However, this may require rewriting loyalty bonus software, which is a time-consuming task. Please advise on the best approach. Do we necessarily need NETPAY for this integration?
Can you remotely reprogram this or do we need to send you the Eproms/Mainboards. 10 Eproms to be reprogrammed at this moment
Do you have information or acces to CRANE Software programs on these machines or did you ever do reverse engeneering on these machines?
