Wanted Home Medical Equipment Sales Representative (Part-time)
We are a professional manufacturer of blood pressure monitors, established in 2013 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China. Starting in 2025, we plan to establish a company in the United States and launch our own brand.
We are looking to hire sales representatives to help us connect with customers and seek collaboration opportunities. Our customers fall into two categories:
- 1. Offline Pharmacies and Supermarkets: We aim to have our branded products directly sold in their stores.
- 2. Distributors (agents, dealers, distributors, wholesalers): They can assist in distributing our products.
If you have experience in developing customers from pharmacies or supermarkets, or if you are an experienced professional in recruiting distributors in the medical device industry, we welcome you to join us.
Our initial collaboration will be in a part-time form, allowing you to manage your time freely. You will be compensated for every successful customer contact. If we are both satisfied with the collaboration, we can discuss transitioning to a full-time role later.
Job Responsibilities
- 1. Collect information and contact details of key decision makers of target customers.
- 2. Understand clients’ cooperation conditions and requirements.
- 3. Arrange meetings with clients, either via video calls or face-to-face communication.
Requirements
- 1. Over 5 years of business development experience; candidates with prior experience in developing supermarket or pharmacy channels, or distributors, are preferred.
- 2. Strong ability to identify key customer personnel and decision-making chains.
- 3. Proven capability in client outreach and meeting arrangements.
Compensation
We have two payment options, and you may choose either one to settle your salary:
Option 1: Base Salary + Commission
- · Base Salary: $250 per week
- · Performance Incentive: $50 for each successful meeting arranged with a target customer
Option 2: Commission Only
- · No base salary
- · Performance Incentive: $150 for each successful meeting arranged with a target customer
Target Customers
Retail channels (such as pharmacies, supermarkets, membership stores, and mail-order pharmacies) that have sold blood pressure monitors, thermometers, blood glucose meters, nebulizers, or pulse oximeters, or distributors (including agents, dealers, and wholesalers) who have distributed the above products.
We will provide a list of potential customers, but you can also find customers by yourself.
