Who We're Looking For: We are seeking talented and dedicated individuals from South Asian countries (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, and Sri Lanka) to join our team of contributors. If you are a scholar, journalist, think tank expert, government expert in politics, diplomacy, military fields, or an on-the-job student in international relations, finance, diplomacy, or related fields, we want to hear from you. Freelance writers with a knack for research and analysis are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on pertinent topics within our research fields.
- Write well-structured and insightful research reports.
- Collaborate with our research team to ensure the highest quality of publications.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in your area of research.
- Assist in the development of research proposals and funding applications.
- Contribute to the development and execution of INSAP’s strategic research agenda.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in writing and conducting research.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in market research and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools
- Expertise in politics, diplomacy, military affairs, international relations, finance, or related fields.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven track record of published research and reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Package:
- An initial one-month trial period with a salary package ranging from $500 to $1000.
- Post-trial period salary package ranging from $1000 to $3000.
- Potential for increased salary package with continued in-depth collaboration and exceptional performance.
