I am looking to hire a mystery storyteller and creative writer in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or Puerto Rico to write a high-quality 10K word cozy mystery story for my blog.

Viable candidates will be native English speakers and have a background in English spelling/punctuation/grammar. Here are the qualities that the writer who wins this bid will have:
- Skilled at mystery plotting and enjoys planting clues
- Skilled at character and conflict development that engages readers
- Expert use of cliffhangers that keep readers wanting more
- Ability to write humorous scenes and dialogue
- Loves creating strong, independent female characters (of all ages)
- Understands the concept of ‘book modeling’
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to meet all project deadlines
I give my writers space to promote imagination/creativity in the writing process. If the quality of your writing is good, I'm also looking for creative mystery writers who are willing to have a long-term business relationship. Special consideration will be given to writers who have previous experience writing cozy mysteries.
I need this project completed quickly (so please state how long it will take you to plot and write the story)
Requirements for this project:
1. The final document must be in Word format
2. Using 12pt Times New Roman font, 1.5 line spacing, and 0.5 paragraph indentions (first line)
3. Writer must provide a 200-300 word blurb/description of the story that will entice readers
I am currently looking to pay $125 per 10k words. Please provide writing samples that reflect your mystery-writing skills (Samples that are strictly Romance will not be accepted).
