Work Description: We need a full-stack Senior Developer for multitasking purposes. The main work will focus on improving design functionalities and optimizing integrated APIs. The budget mentioned initially covers some milestones that will be discussed with the developer. The final budget may be lower or higher depending on the tasks. There will be more milestones and tasks, each with its own budget.
The project is a fully functional travel platform that is currently running in a production environment. The work involves fixing bugs, enhancing certain functionalities, optimizing existing API integrations, and making design improvements. Additionally, there will be a need for new API integrations. The developer will need to work closely with the client to define the scope of work. This involves conducting a thorough analysis of the client's needs to determine necessary functionalities and repairs that need to be implemented. The developer should be proactive in identifying potential improvements and offer solutions that align with the client's goals. Effective communication and collaboration will be essential to ensure the project meets expectations and is delivered on time.
Intellectual Property Rights: The rights to intellectual property, source code, and design are and will remain exclusively with the client.

1. Adherence to Deadlines Deadlines must be adhered to with precision. The developer is required to fully understand the tasks before proposing deadlines. The agreed-upon deadlines are mandatory and must be respected. No additional requests will be made during a milestone, except those established in agreement with the developer.
2. Payment Milestone-based Payment Structure: The projects budget will be divided into smaller, phased milestones, each with a clearly defined percentage of the total budget. Each milestone will be paid only after it is completed, deployed to the production environment, and successfully tested. Payment will only be made after the final acceptance test is successfully conducted in the production environment.
3. Work Details Task Clarity: Tasks will be provided in detail to ensure clarity and precision.
4. Task/Milestone-Based Approach Definition of Tasks/Milestones: Specific tasks or milestones for the project will be defined. Collaborative Analysis: Each task/milestone is analyzed and discussed with the developer to ensure clear understanding and feasibility. Realistic Deadline Setting: Together, a realistic deadline for each task/milestone will be established, which must be adhered to.
5. Quality and Acceptance Criteria If the final acceptance test identifies errors, conflicts, or designs that do not comply with the specifications, the work will be considered incomplete. Payment will only be made after all issues are resolved.
6. Flexibility and Communication Flexibility in Deadlines: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, deadlines may be renegotiated, provided there is prompt and transparent communication from the developer. Feedback Mechanism: A mechanism for feedback and iterative improvements will be established, allowing changes to be managed within agreed limits.
