The Challenge
As our M-Life Solution Architect, you'll spearhead the implementation and long-term strategy of our enterprise document management platform. You'll be the bridge between diverse stakeholders – from medical professionals to preservationists – creating a unified, efficient document ecosystem that serves multiple business units while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
Must-Have Experience
- Hands-on implementation experience with M-Life platform (minimum 3+ years)
- Demonstrated success in configuring and optimizing M-Life workflows
- Deep understanding of M-Life's document management capabilities, metadata frameworks, and security models
- Track record of integrating M-Life with enterprise systems (especially Microsoft 365 and Salesforce)
- Experience with long-term platform strategy and scalability planning
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our M-Life document management solution
- Create and optimize workflows that span multiple business units
- Design and implement integration strategies with key platforms
- Develop governance frameworks and security protocols
