Full-Time MERN Stack & App Developer – Long-Term Role (No Agencies or Teams)
Description:We're looking for a skilled and reliable full-stack developer to join our team full-time. This is not a freelance gig, side hustle, or short-term task — it's a long-term opportunity to become a core part of a fast-moving startup team focused on display advertising and live sports data apps.
We’ve had a recent experience where a developer outsourced our work without disclosing it, which caused delays and confusion. To be clear — we’re hiring one person to do the work directly. No agencies, no shared work, and no juggling of multiple clients.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Ability to take a basic product concept and build it into a production-ready app
Skilled in converting web apps into native iOS and Android applications, including app store submission
Confident working with API integrations and automation tools (Make.com, Postman, n8n, etc.)
Experience with dynamic data workflows and backend logic
Comfortable with basic front-end design and using tools like Figma
Proactive mindset — able to solve problems without constant direction
Willing to work in industries including entertainment, dating, betting, and alcohol
Role Overview
Full-time: 45 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Long-term position with room to grow
Pay: $1000 USD/month, paid reliably each month
Direct, daily involvement with founder and small team
Immediate start following a short test and brief call
You’ll be writing, deploying, and maintaining all the code yourself
Please Only Apply If You Can Confirm All of the Following:
You are an individual developer (not an agency or part of a team)
You will personally do the work — no outsourcing
You are available for full-time work (45 hours per week)
You are not working on other jobs or freelance clients
You’re experienced with the MERN stack and app publishing
You’re comfortable with the industries we operate in
You can start immediately after completing our short test
