Sharepoint Modern Site build out

We’ve recently migrated documents from a very old classic SharePoint site to a modern SharePoint site and are now looking for a SharePoint designer/developer to help bring the new site to life.

The new SharePoint Site will be accessible to community members and so it needs to be visually appealling and very easy to navigate. 

What We Need:
A clean, professional mockup of the modern SharePoint site homepage
Build-out of the modern homepage based on the approved design
Focus on user experience, ease of navigation, and visual appeal
Familiarity with web parts, layouts, and branding in SharePoint Online
Ability to incorporate key links, document libraries, news, and other relevant content
Set up of relevant permissions to access the site

We will need some additional services once the home page is complete in terms of workflows, permissions etc. However our immediate need is the home page.
