- The plan should include furniture layout to provide a clear understanding of space utilization.
- Exterior Elevations:
- Drawings that include the front, rear, and side elevations, highlighting the modern flat roof design and key architectural features.
- 3D Rendering:
- A photorealistic 3D visualization of the exterior, emphasizing the modern flat roof and overall design.
- Detailed Room Layouts:
- Specific layouts for each room, including dimensions, as well as electrical and plumbing plans for the bathrooms and kitchen.
- Site Plan:
- A plan showing the house in relation to the plot boundaries, including the driveway, patio placement, and any landscaping elements.
Additional Services (Later Phase):
In a later phase of the project, we may require the following:
