🎯 Your role as a Social Seller: We are looking for an expert in social media sales to manage and optimize our client prospecting and conversion on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
💡 Your main tasks:
✅ Prospect and reach out to nail technicians via DM Selling (personalized direct messages).
✅ Manage engagement on our social media platforms (respond to comments, initiate conversations through stories, etc.).
✅ Qualify leads and identify needs before presenting our services.
✅ Follow up with prospects strategically to maximize conversion rates.
✅ Maintain client relationships to enhance satisfaction and encourage word-of-mouth marketing.
🛠️ Tools you will use:
📲 Instagram, Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn
📊 CRM to track leads and optimize follow-ups
📈 Sales scripts and strategies (we provide training on our method 🔥)
✨ Ideal profile:
🔹 Experience in Social Selling, online sales, or community management.
🔹 Ability to build authentic connections with prospects.
🔹 Comfortable with social media and DM closing techniques.🔹
Persuasive, dynamic, and results-oriented.
🔹 An affinity for the beauty and nail technician industry is a plus.
