Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads from our database and sourced lists.
Introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments/demos for our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
Follow up with prospects through calls, messages, or emails as needed.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent spoken Tamil.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
Basic computer and CRM usage skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
