We are seeking a Speaking English Coach to help francophone entrepreneurs master business English in 12 Weeks. The coach will focus on improving participants’ spoken English skills, particularly in pitching, negotiations, and networking, while also building their confidence to communicate effectively in global business settings.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a native speaker of American or British English, with full proficiency to provide authentic and high-quality language training.
- Have proven experience teaching business English, with a strong focus on presentations, negotiations, and networking.
- Possess expertise in one-on-one or small group coaching, with a demonstrated ability to provide personalized feedback and support.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with participants from diverse backgrounds, including francophone learners, and adapt coaching strategies to meet their unique cultural and linguistic needs.
Expected Deliverables:
- Engaging coaching sessions tailored to improve spoken English in key business scenarios like pitching, negotiations, and networking, with a focus on building confidence.
- A final personalized report highlighting each participant’s progress, strengths, areas for improvement, and practical recommendations for continued growth.
