We are seeking a person who is knowledgeable about filing U.S. Patent & Trademark Office trademarks. We have a single trademark that needs to be filed. We have done several ourselves, but do not have the time. We are NOT seeking a U.S. attorney, although a U.S. attorney skilled in USPTO filings would be welcome to apply. Please provide proof of capability and pricing. Our trademark is for an educational non-profit (aimed at physicians). It consists of a logo and words. We are seeking a SINGLE element (educational) filing. We know that USPTO fees ($350 in this case) are separate from payment to the provider. Work product would be the standard USPTO filing form, which would be partially completed by the provider, and then finished by us (for payment and verification purposes). The provide would use our USPTO account to create the work-product.
