SquareSpace Web Performance Improvement

We are seeking an experienced web performance expert to address issues identified in our Google Search Console. Currently, 22 URLs on our website are flagged as having poor mobile vitals. (See screenshot).

Time to First Byte (TTFB): 2.4 s
Scope of Work:
Fix 3-4 key issues to start with (we went to see the 22 URL errors go down to 18 to begin with).
We will then assess the effectiveness of these fixes over a 4 week period to ensure the fixes worked.
Potential for Ongoing Work:
If initial fixes are successful, we will rehire you to address the remaining issues. We want to pass validation from Google on these errors once they are fixed.  
Requirements:
Proven track record in improving mobile vitals
Strong knowledge of Google Search Console and web performance optimization
Ability to diagnose and fix issues effectively
