Project Overview
I am seeking a highly skilled Notion consultant to support my PhD research by building surveys, creating custom scoring models, and optimizing Notion as a research and knowledge management tool. This engagement will be on an ad-hoc or project basis throughout the duration of my doctoral program.
My research focuses on Workplace Equilibrium, Psychological Safety, and Leadership Adaptability, and I require seamless survey deployment, automated scoring, and structured data analysis within Notion to facilitate research insights.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant will be responsible for: Survey Development and Customization in Notion
- Designing and embedding survey assessments directly in Notion
- Ensuring surveys collect structured and analyzable data
- Integrating Likert-scale, forced-choice, and open-ended response formats
- Ensuring a seamless user experience for research participants
Custom Scoring and Automated Data Processing
- Developing automated scoring models within Notion
- Assigning custom weights to Likert and forced-choice responses
- Creating a dashboard or reporting function to visualize results
- Ensuring scoring aligns with pre- and post-assessment research methodology
Notion Optimization for Research Workflow
- Structuring knowledge management to organize research insights
- Optimizing database functionalities to track longitudinal study data
- Enhancing data exportability for analysis in statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or Python
Ad-Hoc Tech Support and Collaboration
- Troubleshooting any survey or database functionality issues
- Providing on-demand support as research needs evolve
- Offering best practices for research efficiency in Notion
Ideal Consultant Profile
The ideal consultant should have:
- Proven expertise in Notion development and automation
- Experience with survey design, data structuring, and analytics
- Ability to integrate Notion with external tools if needed
- Familiarity with psychological assessments, scoring models, or research-based applications (some knowledge would be helpful)
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability for ongoing, evolving needs
- Prefer consultants in Eastern time zone
