Targeted Updates to STP File

Hi,

I need to make a few targeted updates to the attached STP file, but unfortunately don't have the software to do so myself. Hoping you can assist! Specifically, I need 2 changes made: 

1. The file consists of two items – W2_ANSI-PLATE and WOOTING2_LEKKER_HE_BOTTOM_CASE. Could you split these out into two separate STP files? 
2. The WOOTING2_LEKKER_HE_BOTTOM_CASE has the words "Thank you a 1000 times" along with an image of a man on the bottom surface. Can you remove this entirely (while keeping the bottom surface intact)? Attaching a screenshot highlighting the specific elements that need to be removed in blue.

I am hopeful this will be a quick job – let me know!
