Job Opportunity: Recruiter for Immediate Hiring of 3 WordPress/Customer Support Staff
We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to take on the crucial task of hiring three WordPress/Customer Support Specialists for immediate placement. In this role, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to final selection. This is an urgent requirement, so we need someone ready to prioritize this role and dedicate their full attention to delivering excellent candidates for our team.
Position Requirements:
Recruiter Expertise: As our recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and presenting a shortlist of 5 qualified candidates for each position to proceed to the final interview.
Candidate Profile: The WordPress/Customer Support Specialists must demonstrate:
A solid understanding of API integrations, including RESTful APIs and tools such as Postman.
Attentiveness, reliability, and a proactive approach to their work.
A strong background in customer support and WordPress.
Business-level English skills, suitable for client interactions and teamwork.
A commitment to long-term roles and professional growth within our dynamic projects.
Time management and organizational skills, able to handle a 4 or 5-day work week with a 44-hour schedule. we use activtrak.com for remote employee management. The employees must have a Windows machine fast and reliable internet. Employees will also benefit from a compensation play (%of revenues from the company websites that starts after 3 months and should see earnings in excess of $1200 per month) This is a career position and candidates must be looking for a long term post
Screening Process: You will oversee an aptitude test for all potential candidates, helping ensure that only top-quality candidates are presented for the final interview. Salary range $500-$ per employee per month
Compensation for Recruiter:
Total Payment: $200 for successful completion of all 3 hires.
$100 paid upon the successful hire of the three staff members.
An additional $100 is paid five weeks after all hires, with a commitment to backfill any positions if candidates drop out within the first 3 months.
