Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, particularly in merchant services, Internet solutions, and phone systems, with experience in the United States market. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, focusing on Clover products and related merchant services.
  • Develop and maintain a list of potential customers through research and networking.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions by educating them about our Internet and phone system offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching potential clients in various markets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in merchant services or telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with Clover products and services is a plus.
  • Experience in the United States market is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills for identifying potential customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
