Tradestation Platform Automation

Hello Dave,

I have a trading strategy idea I’d like to automate in TradeStation, and I need help coding it. Essentially, I want to:

Enter a long position when the current price is 1 tick above the previous candle’s high, then exit at a predefined profit or loss target.
Short in the opposite direction under a similar trigger.
Restrict all trading to a specific time window, ensuring no entries occur outside that window.

I'm not sure if this is best handled through EasyLanguage or another method. Would you be able to assist me with implementing this?
