Roles and Responsibilities: As an IT Trainer at MASS IT Solutions, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions on the following technologies:
- C
- C++
- Core Java
- Advanced Java
- Java Full Stack Development
- Python
- Data Science
- Machine Learning
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging, informative, and hands-on training sessions for individual and group learners.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to learners, helping them to apply concepts to real-world scenarios.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven expertise in the relevant technology stack (C, C++, Java, Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of programming concepts, frameworks, and tools related to the specified technologies.
- Experience in delivering training, workshops, or educational content is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in the tech industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Certification in the relevant technology or domain is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with industry-relevant projects and applications.
- Knowledge of modern training methodologies and tools.
- Prior experience in online training or remote instruction is a bonus.
