- Elevate Learning: Design and deliver engaging training programs, including monthly sessions and cutting-edge sales training initiatives.
- Champion Innovation: Develop curriculum, craft procedures, and refine existing programs to keep them fresh and effective.
- Lead the Way: Manage our Learning Management System, ensuring smooth operations while monitoring training plans and budgets.
- Be the Backbone: Offer essential administrative support to the Human Resources Department, respond to audit requests, and step in for the HR Generalist when needed.
- Drive Growth: Support Business Development and Community Involvement efforts—soliciting new members and promoting our Credit Union’s exceptional products and services.
Your Expertise:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in training or a related field.
Education: An associate degree, specialized certification, or vendor-led training that sets you apart.
Skills: Exceptional communication, laser-sharp attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Credit Union policies. Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds and traveling occasionally.
