We are an importer of food products into the US from foreign suppliers, and are subject to the FSVP regulatory compliance of the US FDA. We need an experienced consultant to put together an example of a complete set of documents that we need to have on-file about each foreign supplier. Our Staff (FSVP trained and certified) can then use this set of docs as template for each supplier.
We also need advice on the verification process required for the FSVP, regarding how to have it done, by whom, etc.
