USA Payroll with API integration

We are seeking a complete, fully coded, ready to go USA payroll able to integrate with our GPS admin via API. 

We ONLY want a fully developed USA payroll system that includes the following:

Cloud based
Direct Deposit 
Able to print checks
Able to compile reports such as 941 Quarterlies, all 50 state deductions. W2, W3, etc
Employee set up
