We have a Windows Server 2019 Running IIS10 that hosts many websites.
We want to use the Javascript onclick event attribute property (On an exiting web page Button) to call a function that will send an SMS Message.
We need you to write that function.
We have a nice .aspx contact form that uses VBScript and it works great and easy to maintain. So we want code written in VBScript that we can paste anywhere in a website as a <script>, to allow a standard button to send an SMS message (using a the web page BUTTON OnClick Property to call the script).
We are considering two different SMS vendors. They both have a large API to receive the SMS messages.

The code can be VERY simple. We will need to send only a simple message (STATIC) to the STATIC phone number only. Very few variables. We do not need to receive anything back. Just a quick short message outbound message.
We know this is a small project, and will pay a fair price to have this done properly and bug free.
