In search of a creative Graphic Artist that is sole proprietor and can work one on one with us to produce vector art drawings.
The target medium for the artwork is for a simulated stained glass window design that will be printed on thin clear film.
Candidate must be familiar with creating graphics, gradients, 3D shading, and realistic lighting effects in your choice of vector software.
Ability to interpret our window design examples and samples to create a similar and original design.
Abilty to add textures over colored glass sections to emulate real glass patterns and textures.
Ability to add realistic light highlights on leading sections between glass patterns.
Appreciation for the decorative arts and stained glass designs would be most beneficial to understand and recreate the desired effects.
Good English speaking and written skills required.
Scope of Work
1. Produce roughs based on examples
2. Once direction is selected, interations of the design.
3. Add textures and lighting
4. Create test print for calibration of shading and textures. Get feedback from printer. (This will create lag time for print and evaluation. Hours worked to date will be paid to freelancer pending test results)
5. Resize aspect ratios, crop, and add border where needed for different size windows in the project.
