I'm looking for the most reliable & efficient way to video call between hotel customers & remote front desk staff. This is the first phase. The goal is to test proof of concept. I want to know if I can successfully service hotel customers with remote staff. A successful bid will be someone who can take my business intention and test it with both operation logic & guide me through the different technological options.
After this I’d like to purchase a kiosk system which will require a rfid encoder integration. So this project will be on-going.
